Artist name: Pablo Goddit
Born and raised in the small town of Garysburg NC, Pablo Goddit has always been a man for music. Growing up around a family of singers, rappers, musicians and producers, he couldn’t help but have an ear for music. His first love was always poetry, but having the love for music he realized how the two were one in the same. Watching his cousins and uncles perfect their craft as they saw fit, he decided to do the same. First starting in high school with a small group of best friends called “The Notes”, he started his journey into hip hop in 1998. In that time he idolized rappers like Nas, Jay-Z, Jadakiss, and many more. For a brief time the group did local shows for artist such as Mr. Cheeks and met many others such as Teddy Riley, and the clipse. But unfortunately, fame never struck and the group dismantled and “Chedda” eventually resurfaced as the infamous “Pablo Goddit”. When asked what the name meant, he simply stated it refers to someone who struggles and grind to be on top by any means necessary. Now back with his hit singles “Callin me” and “All I Do Is Grind” ft Ty Diggie, he’s ready to reclaim that which was never obtained…THE TOP SPOT!
