This weeks Carolina Street Connect artist of the week is T-Weezy, from Chester, SC.  His new single “Everything” was recently on ‘The Next Big Thing’ feature on The Morning Maddhouse, where it received good reviews.  If you haven’t heard it yet, be sure to catch it at 9:30pm all week with Danny Diaz.  You can also hear it HERE.
T-weezy is one of Chester County’s outstanding artists, who has developed his skills by experiences that he has witnessed from his childhood throughout his life today. Starting from watching his older cousins create their own songs, strikes a huge interest with Terrance “T-Weezy” Hall.
“I’ve always had a passion for music, I use to put words together like nursery rhymes, but as I got older I wanted to tell my story of my life and be inspiring and encouraging to people to live life to the fullest.” “It isn’t nothing that life hasn’t took nobody through that can’t make you successful”. “You got to pick up from where you messed up and keep pushing for greatness to do something better/positive with your life to get where your trying to go,” says T-weezy.

Courtesy of T-Weezy
The young star grows throughout his experiences in life. He has also witnessed the bad along with the good. He goes along talking about the bad relationships, “bad crushes” as he calls it, the struggles and hustles that kept him pushing to get by, and more that he is experiencing till this day. T-weezy continues to paint a vivid picture throughout his lyrical content and his performances.

TRUTH B TOLD:

Classifying themselves as :”Truth Music” the work of Daim Dizz and H.O.R.N.
aka Kin 4olk pushes the envelope of Hip Hop. The message of their music is
one of protest and a message to listeners to be bold in solving the problems
that they face. New album “By Spirit, Not By Blood” is a collaborative
effort while addressing social issues.

KIN-4OLK:

Cleveland, Ohio, December 28, 2010 – Combining two very different styles,
Kin 4olk combines harsh Rap beats to address many social problems faced
within the country. Made up of Cleavland native Daim Dizz and Arkansas’
H.O.R.N., their truthful and brutally honest sound offers an intelligent
form of Hip Hop with a deeper meaning. Their newest release titled “By
Spirit, Not By Blood” is a bold release from musicians who are deeply rooted
in the music and social protest scenes.
